Shamil Tarpishchev: Teenager and Tennis

Shamil Tarpishchev continues tennis lessons using his daughter Alina as an example. Five years have passed since the “Kid and Tennis” program. Alina has grown up and the next part “Teenager and Tennis” has been released.

The purpose of these short notes is not only about what a young tennis player should be able to do on the court, but above all, how to structure their training in all aspects of tennis development.
